Google AdSense Income – AdSense Clicks, But No Earnings
Is Google AdSense Income is equal to the Income that you get from your Regular Daily Job? Can Google AdSense Earnings become your main source of income?
The answer for most of the people is NO. The ad sense income of many people doesn’t even exceed $100 a month. You’ll find fluctuations in your earnings if you work for Google AdSense. Sometimes a single click may give you $10 and sometimes even a thousand clicks won’t get you $2 at least.
This is the actual reason why most of the people fear of taking Professional Blogging as their full-time career if they depend on AdSense as their main source of income. So they try to earn earnings using a combination of Google AdSense and affiliate marketing. Even though they are confident of getting a click every day, they are less confident of their earnings of that click.
Why Most People Say “AdSense clicks but No earnings”? What causes the difference in cost per click?
1. Non organic traffic (Traffic that comes from Referring Sites)
If you mostly rely on traffic from social bookmarking websites like Digg, Reddit, StumbleUpon etc.., you will find that the click-through rate is very low. You may get 1000 visitors to your article, and only 2 clicks or even you get more clicks, the cost per click will be less compared to that of the traffic coming from Search Engines (Organic Traffic).
Reason: The actual fact here is, people coming from social bookmarking sites are used to watching advertisements. So they only scan your article and avoid clicking on the advertisement. So, the best traffic is always the Organic Traffic that comes from Search engines.
2. Countries of the Website Visitors
The visitors region also plays a major role in AdSense Income. If your visitors are mostly coming from the Far East countries, you’ll notice that the average click earns less than $0.005. This is because the advertisers are less willing to pay for visitors coming from these areas (where people not willing to buy more/online). That is why you get less AdSense earnings per click.
So make sure you get visitors from the richest countries (Northern America and Europe), where the average click rate ranges from minimum of 20 cents to a maximum of $10 (sometimes even more) per click.
3. Content of your Website
As everyone say “Content is the King”, content always play a big role in determining your Google AdSense income. The high paying AdSense keywords are usually insurance, banking and attorney related. But, If you love to talk about cats and dogs or your personal stuff, your articles may not have the potential to attract advertisers.
So It is better to focus on high paying AdSense niches as the clicks from those niche sites normally pay more.
Note: Try to write a niche that you are interested in rather than writing for niche that you’re not familiar with or not interested. General and Entertainment blogs generally draw 1000s of visitors but the CPC of those websites is very low as the advertisers are less likely to bid high in these niches.
4. Domain Age
Google is unlikely to place expensive advertisements on a new website and so the new bloggers get paid very less for the clicks on their blogs. The age of the domain is the actual reason for this. The more old your domain, the more $ for your clicks.
Solution: Along with writing for your own blogs, also Write for Revenue sharing sites like HubPages, Squidoo… which normally pay more for your clicks. And another important thing here is you also get quality backlinks from these sites which adds more value to your blogs.
A Very few hardworking and creative bloggers and webmasters manage to make high earnings from Google AdSense. It is possible only if you work hard and be creative.
5. Ad Formats & Positioning of Advertisements
The Bigger the Ad, the more it is visible to the visitors. The first ad in your website always pays high. So try to place your first ad at the position where people will notice it. (Read more on Best AdSense Ad Formats)
Always remember that Google AdSense program is not a get rich quick scheme. The longer you stand, the higher it pays. Don’t expect High earnings from Google AdSense in the beginning days itself unless you’re writing for a High Paid AdSense Niche.

How To Make $25,000 Monthly With Google AdSense
WHAT IS Google AdSense
It is an advert serving program that places adverts – specifically, based on relevant contents, and assumption about who might be interested in that content. It is an application of the broader concept of Contextual Marketing. Contextual Marketing means aligning the advert serving with the context or nature of the website and its audience, the same way like items are grouped in a supermarket.
The adverts always match the material they are appearing near, and thus appeal to the interest of the reader or buyer at any given time. When you place AdSense code on your website or blog, every time a visitor to your site clicks one of this adverts, you make money.
AdSense adverts are a little different from text link adverts in that the are a complete advertisement, not just a word or a few words. Also, unlike text links, you are paid a small percentage commission for each click of the adverts, instead of an affiliate percentage commission each time a sell is made.
ADVANTAGE OF AdSense programes
• It uses text-only adverts. Though text adverts are generally better than graphic flashy advs, also known as animated advs. Google offers them with the program. Google AdSense Revenue – Making Money With Niche Content Sites
Google AdSense revenue is an excellent way of earning money for your niche content websites. It does not matter how big or small your site is when signing up for the Google AdSense program. All you have to do is place the Google AdSense code on your site and before long, you can begin earning money.
How does Google AdSense work?
There are a few rules that you must adhere to before using Google AdSense so it is best to read the small print before you sign up, just to make sure that your site is not going to violate any of these rules.
In basic terms, the Google AdSense program allows website owners to place text based ads on their websites and receive a share of pay-per-click revenue. They look exactly like the ads you see on the RHS of the page when you do a Google search.
It can often take a while for Google AdSense revenue to accumulate as it is very much dependent on how much traffic you have passing through your site. The better the content you have and the higher up the rankings your site is, the bigger your earnings will be.
There are many advantages to the program. For one thing it costs nothing to join! The code is easy to generate and you can customize your ads to suit your site. You only need to have one account to generate hundreds of ads for hundreds of sites. The ads Google generates for your site are tailored to the site content, so you do not need to worry about inappropriate ads appearing on your site. It can sometimes take a while before Google works out what your page is about, so initially you might see ads that look out of place.
The more popular your page is, the more likely it is that you will see higher bid ads generated, so it is in your interest to add good quality content to your site and continually update it so that Google ranks it as high as possible.
If you have affiliate links on your site, you can still have Google ads. However, you must make sure that your Google ad units do not look exactly like your affiliate links. If you wish, you can block specific advertisers so that your closest competitors cannot advertise on your site. You also have to make sure you don’t exceed the number of ad units you are allowed to place on your site. Any violations of Google’s rules mean that you will be banned from using the program.
While there is undoubtedly a huge amount of potential advertising revenue to be earned using the Google AdSense program, the payout on most ad clicks are less than a dollar. This can be a small amount and it might take a while before you notice any discernible income. However, we are talking about one site.
The way to go with Google AdSense revenue is in volume. One site making $70 or $75 per month may not seem like much, but what if you had a large number of niche content sites? There are many people who have dozens, or even 100s of these sites.
AdSense content websites are the perfect place for writers. The reason for this is the main long-term cost for website owners is paying writers for the content to go on their sites. A writer can write their own content and have many sites for a small amount of capital.
When starting your content niche sites you need to stay away from two things to keep the search engines happy. Google is looking for quality original content for the main pages as well as the backlinks. Don’t buy large quantities of backlinks no matter how cheap they are. In the long run you will get ignored by the search engines. Build your own backlinks by putting good content articles in article directories. Also, the search engines like unique websites. Cheap “build it yourself” websites are hard to get to the front page of Google when there are millions of others built just like them.

How to Make Money Online With Google AdSense Program
One of the most popular ways for you to make money online is via Google AdSense, Google’s free contextual advertising program. When you enroll in the AdSense program, Google uses a relevance algorithm to display text, image or video ads on your blog that are related to your blog’s subject matter. In this way Google acts as a middleman between you and independent advertisers.
You can make money online with Google AdSense in two main ways: cost per click (CPC), in which you receive a portion of money the advertiser is willing to pay for someone to click on its ad, and cost per thousand impressions (CPM), where you earn money in return for the ads appearing on your site. With the cost-per-click model, an advertiser doesn’t pay (and you don’t earn money) when the ad is displayed – you earn only when someone actually clicks on the ad. Advertisers choose which model they would like based on the goal of the ad: if the ad is intended mainly for general branding purposes, a cost-per-thousand-impressions (CPM) model will work better. If the main goal of the ad is to generate clicks so that the user performs some kind of action, a cost-per-click model is more suitable. The type of ad that will ultimately show on your site depends on which ad has the potential to make the advertiser more money.
Google pays its content providers (you) on a monthly basis and imposes a “payment threshold” where you’re paid only once you reach a certain earnings level. This threshold varies according to the currency of your country; in the United States, it’s $100. Many bloggers generate significant revenue through AdSense; generally, the amount of money you make will depend on your blog’s subject matter and how much traffic it has. AdSense is free, so it’s worthwhile to try it out for a period of time since it won’t cost you anything. Bear in mind that although you can include AdSense on blog platforms like TypePad and Blogger (which is probably the most seamless platform on which to run AdSense since Blogger is also a Google product), WordPress does not allow advertising on its platform.
To set up an AdSense account, you first need to submit an application for approval through the AdSense website at Google. During this process, Google checks that your blog is in line with its publishing policies by looking at what type of content you publish, whether you are publishing content in a language that’s compatible with the AdSense program, and that, as the blog owner, you are over eighteen years old.
Once your account has been approved, you will be able to log in to the AdSense interface to set up your account. If you already have a Google account (which you will have if you have a blog on Blogger), you can use the same log-in details. During the setup process, you will be able to choose whether to have text, image or video ads display on your blog. You will also be able to customize the ads in terms of their size and format and where on the page they will appear so that they fit in with the look and feel of your blog.
Once this setup is finalized, Google will provide you with a snippet of code for your customized ad unit that you will need to paste into the source code of your blog. You should place this snippet in the part of your blog’s code that is common across your whole blog so that the ad unit will appear on every page of your blog. Google provides you with comprehensive instructions for doing this.
When the AdSense code has been added, ads will start showing on your blog and you can track their performance and your earning from within your account interface. The interface will show you how much money you’re earning as a result of the impressions and clicks the ads are generating on your blog. You can either view your ads’ performance as a high-level snapshot on your account dashboard or download reports that will give you more detailed information such as the total number of page and ad unit impressions, number of ad clicks, the ad’s click-through rate, effective cost per impression, and your earnings per ad. So, this is basically how you make money online with Google AdSense program.
